Oren Dobronsky has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since January 2021. Mr. Dobronsky is a serial internet entrepreneur with over two decades of operational experience and among the most recognized pioneers of the Internet industry in Israel. In 1999, Mr. Dobronsky co-founded Hotbar.com, the first company to commercialize a browser toolbar, leading to a new wave of similar companies. In 2010, Mr. Dobronsky partnered with Oren Zeev, one of the most prominent Israeli investors, to invest in iconic Israeli-related startups. Together, Mr. Dobronsky and Mr. Zeev have invested in numerous successful companies, including Houzz, TripActions and Hippo Insurance. In 2015, Mr. Dobronsky became a venture partner at Zeev Ventures, a fund that invested in companies such as Tipalti, Next Insurance, Domestika, Homelight, Uber Freight, Duda, Firebolt, among others. Mr. Dobronsky is a well-known persona in the Israeli technology ecosystem, including as one of the five sharks in the Israeli “Shark Tank” TV show. Mr. Dobronsky is a graduate of the Israeli Defense Force’s prestigious computer school Mamram.

Mr. Dobronsky was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive private investment experience in complex transactions across a variety of deal structures and industries, specifically identifying, investing in new products, technologies and consumer trends.

Omer Cygler has been our President, Chief Financial Officer and director since January 2021. Mr. Cygler is a technology investor with over a decade of investment and advisory experience with disruptive Internet and software companies. Mr. Cygler is a Managing Partner of Lion Investment Partners, an investment firm he co-founded in 2020 to pursue growth and private equity investments in late-stage Israeli-related technology companies. Mr. Cygler currently serves as a board observer in SimilarWeb, a leading digital intelligence SaaS company. Prior to founding Lion Investment Partners, Mr. Cygler held various positions at UBS Securities and J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently Head of Internet B2B in the Technology Group. Over a period of nearly 10 years, Mr. Cygler led the execution of more than $35.0 billion of M&A, public equity and debt financings and private company financings in the technology and media industries. Mr. Cygler led the execution of some of the past decade’s most notable transactions for companies such as Uber, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Stripe, Twitter, Electronic Arts, GoPro and many others. Mr. Cygler also led numerous transactions for Israeli-related companies such as Wix.com, Fiverr, WeWork, ironSource, MoonActive and others. Mr. Cygler holds a B.A. Cum Laude from IDC Herzliya in Israel and an M.B.A. from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Cygler was selected to serve on our board because of his extensive investing track record including private equity and venture capital investments.

Joe Pollaro will serve as a director following the completion of this offering. Mr. Pollaro is U.S. General Manager and Head of Investor Relations at Wix.com. Mr. Pollaro joined Wix.com in 2014 after spending eight years with J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank covering the Internet & Digital Media sector where he led the execution of multiple IPOs and M&A transactions, among them, Wix.com’s IPO in 2013. Given his experience with Wix, Mr. Pollaro is a highly sought after adviser to Israeli-related private companies preparing for public listings in the United States. Mr. Pollaro is based in San Francisco and holds a B.S. from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Pollaro was selected to serve on our board of directors due to his extensive experience in investor relations, public company brand building and deep capital markets understanding.

Michael Ronen will serve as a director following the completion of this offering. Mr. Ronen is co-founder and President of Branded, a disruptive e-commerce company aggregating third party sellers on Amazon and other online platforms. Mr. Ronen is also Managing Partner of Oud Capital, which invests in late-stage high-growth companies leveraging technology to disrupt large end markets in e-commerce, transportation, logistics and other tech-enabled industries. He currently also serves as Board member of Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp., a publicly-listed special purpose acquisition company. Prior to Branded and Oud Capital, Mr. Ronen was a Founding Managing Partner of Softbank’s $100.0 billion Vision Fund from 2017 until 2020. Upon formation of the Vision Fund in 2017, Mr. Ronen established the fund’s Disruptive Transportation and Logistics investment practice. Under Mr. Ronen’s leadership, the Vision Fund invested over $5.0 billion of capital in a portfolio of investments ranging from last-mile delivery platforms, parking and logistics, as well as AI, Robotics and autonomous driving. Mr. Ronen currently serves as an observer on the board of Cruise (GM’s autonomous driving platform), and previously was a board member of Reef Technologies, GoBrands and Flexport. Mr. Ronen was also responsible for the investments in Nuro Robotics and Getaround. Prior to joining the founding team of the Vision Fund, Mr. Ronen spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs, the last five of which were as a Partner in leadership positions in the firm’s global Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking business. Mr. Ronen was also a member of Goldman Sachs’ M&A Group and the founder of Goldman Sachs’ Automotive Technology effort. Amongst Mr. Ronen’s clients over the years were Apple, Motorola, AT&T, Dreamworks Animation, Activision, Universal Music, Lenovo, Warner Music, Softbank and many others. Mr. Ronen earned an LL.B. (J.D.) from Tel-Aviv University in 1994 and an M.B.A., with distinction, from the Stern School of Business at NYU in 1998.

Oren Zeev will serve as a director following the completion of this offering. Mr. Zeev is the Founding Partner of Zeev Ventures, a leading early stage venture fund focusing on technology across the Israeli and Silicon Valley landscape. Mr. Zeev has backed companies such as Houzz, Audible, Chegg, Tipalti, TripActions, Next Insurance, Homelight and others that are re-defining their respective industries. Prior to founding Zeev Ventures, Mr. Zeev has been a director of Trepont Acquisition Corp., a publicly-listed special purpose acquisition company, since 2020. Previously, Mr. Zeev was a General Partner at Apax Partners, where he was a founding member of its Israeli office in 1995. In 2002, he moved to the U.S. to co-head, and later head, the technology practice of Apax and the Silicon Valley office. Mr. Zeev holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a B.Sc. Cum Laude in Electrical Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Mr. Zeev was selected to serve on our board because of his extensive investing track record including private equity and venture capital investments, particularly in the technology sector.

Hemi Zucker will serve as a director following the completion of this offering. Mr. Zucker is the Managing Partner of OCV Partners. Mr. Zucker is the former founding member and CEO of J2 Global (NASDAQ:JCOM), where he served as CEO from 2008 to 2017. Previously, Mr. Zucker was J2 Global’s President, COO, CMO, and the company’s CFO during its 1999 IPO. Mr. Zucker started J2 Global in 1996 and grew the organization into a global platform that offers services in over 50 markets and employs over 2,500 people in 15 countries. Under Mr. Zucker’s leadership, J2 Global expanded its business lines into cloud services, digital media, and patent licensing. During his tenure, Mr. Zucker completed over 160 acquisitions globally, making J2 Global one of the most acquisitive technology companies. He also grew J2 Global’s annual revenue to over $1.1 billion and its market value to $5 billion. Previously, Mr. Zucker worked at Motorola in the US and Israel. He helped launch Israel’s first cellular company, consolidated Israel’s paging industry through M&A, and later also worked on early wireless data commercial networks in the United States. Mr. Zucker holds board seats in multiple technology companies and invests directly or via funds in: the Internet of things, big data, ad-tech, cloud services, cybersecurity, hospitality, and student housing. Mr. Zucker holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Zucker was selected to serve on our board of directors because of his extensive financial and operational expertise as well as his experience managing investment portfolios.
