John Megrue is our Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director . Mr. Megrue has over 35 years of experience in the private equity industry and is currently Co-Chairman of Bridgewater Associates, one of the largest hedge funds in the world. Before joining Bridgewater Associates, Mr. Megrue co-founded Saunders Karp & Megrue LP which merged with Apax Partners in 2004. At Apax Partners, Mr. Megrue served as Co-CEO and oversaw the firm’s transition from a broad based investment firm to one that exclusively pursued large buyouts, both domestically and globally. Mr. Megrue is also Vice-Chairman of Radical Ventures, a leading venture firm investing in AI-enabled companies to transform industries. In addition to his experience as an investor and asset management executive, Mr. Megrue has served as a board member or founder of a variety of philanthropic and NGO institutions where he has focused on empowering people and promoting social good to address and find solutions to some of today’s biggest global challenges. Mr. Megrue has been on over 20 public and private boards as chairman, lead director or director, including Acelity Healthcare, Cole Hahn, Advantage Solutions, Dollar Tree Stores, Tommy Hilfiger, and Hibbett Sporting Goods. Mr. Megrue received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred Crawford is our Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director . Mr. Crawford has over 18 years of extensive experience in the financial advisory industry and was Chief Executive of AlixPartners, LLC from 2008 to 2015, where he is now Senior Vice-Chairman and a member of its Board of Directors. In 2011, Mr. Crawford was named a Top 25 Consultant by Consulting Magazine. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Mr. Crawford held successful consulting and advisory positions at West Road Advisory, LLC, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and Computer Sciences Corporation. At Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Mr. Crawford was an Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Mr. Crawford currently sits on the board of advisors for JM Search, a privately held executive search Firm, as well as the National Board of College Spring, a non-profit that helps disadvantaged high school students achieve their dream of attending college. Mr. Crawford received a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School at Indiana University. He is a coauthor of “The Myth of Excellence,” a BusinessWeek and New York Times best seller, and is a sought out presenter in corporate boardrooms around the world.

Benjamin “Benny” Pinkas began serving as our Chief Financial Officer on February 1, 2021. Mr. Pinkas was most recently the Director of Corporate Development for Ouster, a lidar technology company, from 2020-2021 where he was primarily responsible for leading Ouster’s SPAC merger transaction. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Pinkas was the Founder and Managing Partner of Powder Gate Capital LLC, the investment manager of a public equity investment fund, as well as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of related entities focused on private investments in early-stage companies. From 2014-2015, Mr. Pinkas worked as an investment analyst for Chimney Rock Investments LLC. From 2013-2014, Mr. Pinkas worked for The Blackstone Group Inc. as an investment analyst in their Tactical Opportunities group. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Pinkas worked as an analyst in the technology, media and telecom investment banking group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Pinkas graduated from Harvard College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Roger Carlile will serve as one of our directors as of the effective date of the registration statement. Mr. Carlile was the Founder, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ankura Consulting Group, LLC, a global business advisory company from 2014 to 2019. Mr. Carlile was primarily responsible for establishing strategy, governance and operations; identifying and negotiating acquisitions; negotiating its private equity investment; establishing Ankura’s culture and recruiting key employees. During 2020, Mr. Carlile served as Non-Executive Chairman of the board of directors for Ankura. In 2018, Mr. Carlile was named a Global Leader in Consulting by Consulting Magazine. From 2003-2014, Mr. Carlile served in various management capacities for FTI Consulting, Inc., a public-held global business advisory company, including, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer; Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to FTI, Mr. Carlile worked for KPMG, Inc., PwC, RBC Wealth Management and Deloitte. Mr. Carlile graduated from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, with a Master of Business Administration and Angelo State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting. He also received a Certificate in Leading Professional Services Firms from Harvard Business School. Mr. Carlile currently serves as an independent member of the board of directors of Cornerstone Advisors, LLC.

Kathy Hopinkah Hannan, Phd, will serve as one of our directors as of the effective date of the registration statement. Dr. Hannan is a former Global Lead Partner, National Managing Partner and Vice-Chairman of KPMG, LLP. Dr. Hannan held numerous leadership roles during her career with KPMG. From 2015 until her 2018 retirement, Dr. Hannan served as Global Lead Partner, Senior Advisor for KPMG’s Board Leadership Center and National Leader Total Impact Strategy. Dr. Hannan also served as the Midwest Area Managing Partner for KPMG’s Tax Services from 2004 to 2009. Subsequent to that role, from 2009 to 2015, Dr. Hannan served as the National Managing Partner of Diversity and Corporate Responsibility. Dr. Hannan also served as the Americas Vice-Chair of Human Resources and founded the KPMG Women’s Advisory Board. In addition to her roles at KPMG, as a Native American Indian and member of the Ho-Chunk Nation Tribe, Dr. Hannan served on President George W. Bush’s National Advisory Council on Indian Education. Currently, Dr. Hannan is a director of Annaly Capital Management, Inc., and OTIS Worldwide. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian and is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development in Washington, D.C. She recently served as the Chairman of the Board and National President for Girl Scouts of the USA. Dr. Hannan holds a bachelor’s degree from Loras College and Ph.D. from Benedictine University. She is also a graduate of the Chicago Management Institute at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and the Institute of Comparative Political & Economic Systems at Georgetown University, and is a certified public accountant.

Michael Kramer will serve as one of our directors as of the effective date of the registration statement. Mr. Kramer is the CEO and Founder of Ducera Partners, LLC a boutique investment banking firm. Mr. Kramer has more than thirty years of experience investing in companies and advising on relevant and complex transactions. Prior to forming Ducera, Mr. Kramer was a Partner at Perella Weinberg Partners, and a member of its Management Committee, in addition to other senior positions. Previously, Mr. Kramer was a Founding Partner of Kramer Capital Partners and a Partner at Greenhill & Co, where he was a member of its Management Committee and Global Head of its Restructuring Practice. Prior to Greenhill, Mr. Kramer was a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey, a member of its Board of Directors, Co-Head of its Global Restructuring Practice, and various other senior positions. Mr. Kramer is an active investor in private companies across various industries, including sports, technology, healthcare and consumer goods, where he serves on many of the boards. In addition to his experience as an advisor and investor, he serves on the board of various philanthropic organizations focused on childhood hunger, education and community development. Mr. Kramer earned a BS from the California State University at Northridge.

William M. Sullivan will serve as one of our directors as of the effective date of the registration statement. Mr. Sullivan has over 25 years building and investing in healthcare companies. He is the founder and Chairman of Brighton Health Group, which owns and operates Privia Health, a national physician practice management and population health company, and Brighton Health Plan Solutions, a health plan management company. Mr. Sullivan is an investor and current board member of Sapphire Digital, GoHealth Urgent Care MedArrive, Duos and HUB International. Prior to forming Brighton Health Group, Mr. Sullivan was a partner at Apax Partners from 2007-2012. While at Apax, Mr. Sullivan led the $1.4 billion acquisition of TriZetto Group, the leading provider of technology solutions to payors. Before joining Apax, Mr. Sullivan was the CEO and Chairman of MagnaCare Holdings (acq. Apax), a health plan management company. Mr. Sullivan was a member of the founding management team of Oxford Health Plans (acq. United Healthcare) from 1987 to 2000 and during his last four years he served as President of the company. While Mr. Sullivan worked at Oxford the company grew to over $5 billion in revenue. Mr. Sullivan earned a BS in Finance and Banking from Suffolk University in Boston.

Michelle Horn will serve as one of our directors as of the effective date of the registration statement. Ms. Horn has over two decades of experience working in leadership positions evaluating client strategies. Ms. Horn is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Delta Airlines. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Softbank Group where she was responsible for driving value across 90+ individual unicorns through the building of the executive teams, scaling companies to new markets, and building ecosystem capabilities to address systemic talent gaps. Prior to this position, she was a partner at McKinsey, where she was responsible for the development, evaluation and retention of all client services globally. At McKinsey, she was appointed to the Leadership Development Council where she oversaw global learning, leadership development, and capability building programs for more than 20,000 McKinsey professionals. Ms. Horn holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
