Leadership

Brett White, our Chairman , currently serves as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. White joined Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor firm, DTZ, in 2015 and led the company through a transformational period in its history. Mr. White oversaw DTZ’s mergers with Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield and led Cushman & Wakefield through its initial public offering in 2018. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. White had a 28-year career with CBRE, serving as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2012 and President from 2001 to 2005. He was also a member of CBRE’s board of directors from 1998 to 2013. Between 2001 and 2012, Mr. White oversaw more than 100 acquisitions as CBRE’s revenue increased from $730 million in 1997 to $6.5 billion in 2012. Notable transactions include co-leading CBRE’s leveraged buyout in 2001; co-leading the initial public offering in 2004; and leading three transformational acquisitions—Insignia/ESG ($500 million), Trammell Crow Company ($2 billion), and ING Real Estate Investment Management ($1.4 billion). Previously, he served as a trustee of the University of San Francisco and as a member of the board of directors for Edison International, Southern California Edison, Realogy Holdings Corporation and Mossimo, Inc. Mr. White holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. We believe that Mr. White’s extensive experience, global leadership and knowledge of commercial real estate qualifies him to serve on our Board.

Nathaniel Robinson, our Chief Executive Officer and director , joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, and has served as its Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning since 2018. In this role, Mr. Robinson is responsible for shaping Cushman & Wakefield’s broader business strategy, overseeing all mergers and acquisitions activity and new real estate fund investments globally, and driving innovative partnerships, joint ventures and investments with leading Proptech and Real Estate Adjacent businesses. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Robinson was an Investment Partner at Virgo Capital where he focused on making new platform investments and developing strategic initiatives for the firm’s portfolio companies. Mr. Robinson also previously worked in Morgan Stanley’s Global Technology Group and is a co-founder and former chairman of PhillyCarShare, which was acquired by Enterprise Holdings in 2011. He holds a B.S. in finance and accounting from Drexel University, an M.P.P. in Political and Economic Development from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Dartmouth College. We believe that Mr. Robinson’s extensive experience, global leadership and knowledge of commercial real estate qualifies him to serve on our Board.

Adam Stanley, our President , has served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Digital Officer of Cushman & Wakefield since 2014. In this role, Mr. Stanley provides strategic and operational direction for Cushman & Wakefield’s client facing and colleague technology systems and infrastructure across all business lines and markets. As Global CIO and Chief Digital Officer, and a member of the Global Management Team, he advocates for the best solutions for the best clients, supported by the best talent. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Stanley served as Technology and Security Services Director for Aviva PLC, a FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 insurer and asset manager. Mr. Stanley’s numerous global and U.S. leadership roles have also included serving as the Global Chief Technology Officer of Aon, a global provider of risk management, insurance, and reinsurance brokerage. He also spent nearly ten years with Deloitte Consulting. Adam has served on the board of directors of GATX Corporation since 2019. He holds a B.S. in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Betsy H. Cohen is an independent Director and will serve as an independent director of the Board following the completion of the offering. Ms. Cohen is the President of Teneo Ventures, the venture capital arm of Teneo, a global CEO consulting and advisory firm. In this role, Betsy partners with, and invests in, early-stage and high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Teneo, Ms. Cohen was the CFO and CAO of Merchantry, which was acquired by Tradeshift. Previously, Betsy was the co-founder and CFO of Intelliseek, a marketing intelligence company, which was bought by The Nielsen Company. She also served as EVP of DialogBank Russia, where Betsy launched and ran various departments of the commercial bank division of Troika Dialog, which was ultimately bought by Sberbank. Ms. Cohen also previously worked in the private equity group at Oaktree Capital and the corporate finance division of J.P. Morgan. Betsy is a former economics fellow and current member at the Council on Foreign Relations. Betsy has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Harvard University in Russian language and Slavic studies. We believe that Ms. Cohen’s extensive executive-level experience and global leadership qualifies her to serve on our Board.

Stephanie Speirs is an independent Director and will serve as an independent director of the Board following the completion of the offering. Ms. Speirs is the Co-founder and CEO of Solstice, a customer services and software company that connects American households to community renewable energy projects. Prior to joining Solstice, Ms. Speirs invested in renewable energy companies at Acumen, a global nonprofit impact investment fund, and later worked in sales and marketing for d.light design inc., an Acumen portfolio company providing solar power to off-grid communities in 62 countries. Her entrepreneurial work in clean energy has led to numerous awards, including being named the Impact Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by ELLE Magazine and one of the top 100 women entrepreneurs in America by Inc. Magazine in 2019. Ms. Speirs also has public policy experience, having served as Director for Yemen on the White House National Security Council from 2010 through 2012, where she was responsible for developing U.S. national security policy in the Middle East. More recently, Ms. Speirs served as a volunteer expert on the Biden-Harris Campaign’s Policy Committee. Ms. Speirs currently serves on the board of directors of the Sierra Club Foundation and the advisory board of the Yale Center for Environmental Law and Policy. Ms. Speirs holds an M.B.A. from MIT, an M.P.A. from Princeton University in International Development, and a B.A. from Yale University in History and International Studies. We believe that Ms. Speirs’ extensive executive-level experience and global leadership qualifies her to serve on our Board.

Leon I. Walker is an independent Director and will serve as an independent director of the Board following the completion of the offering. Mr. Walker is the Managing Principal of DL3, a full-service real estate development company based in Chicago that employs its nationally recognized Venture Development model to make impact investments and transform historically disinvested communities. In this role he works closely with municipalities, anchor institutions, and Fortune 500 companies to create economic opportunities in underserved communities. Mr. Walker also has structured more than $100 million in new markets tax credits, and he is a board member of the Urban Development Fund, which has invested its federal new markets tax credit allocations in over $1 billion of new commercial developments in underserved neighborhoods. Prior to taking on the leadership of DL3 in 2000, Mr. Walker was an associate partner at JLL, where he represented Fortune 500 clients in the leasing and development of office space, and he began his career at Citicorp in the real estate capital markets group structuring debt securities for REITs. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago’s Law School and Booth Graduate School of Business, and he received his bachelor’s degree with distinction honors from the University of Michigan School of Business. Mr. Walker is a frequent speaker, guest lecturer and serves on numerous boards, including the University of Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund and Greater Chicago Food Depository, and he is a member of the Opportunity Zone Coalition at the Economic Innovation Group, a bipartisan public policy organization that designed the Opportunity Zones program. We believe that Mr. Walker’s extensive executive-level experience and global leadership qualifies him to serve on our Board.
