Leadership

Ronald Felt has served as our chairman and Chief Executive Officer since our inception. Mr. Felt served as the President Director of BNP Paribas Securities based in Indonesia from January 2007 to December 2020, where he was responsible for the development of the equity capital markets, debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions franchise. In January 2005, Mr. Felt founded Aceh Redevelopment Corp and served as the on-site lead from January 2005 to December 2006, where he obtained $10 million from US charitable organizations, built 115 schools for UNICEF, 500 homes and numerous clinics across Aceh. From April 2002 to December 2004, Mr. Felt served as the Executive Vice President of Industrial Development Corporation, where he was a broker and principal investor in the energy, power, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors in Asia, principally Indonesia. From May 2000 to July 2001, Mr. Felt served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development of KPNQwest. KPNQwest is headquartered in the Netherlands, and was a NASDAQ listed joint-venture between Qwest (US) & KPN (Holland). Mr. Felt operated a pan-European fiber optic network and data centers in key cities across the network. From February 1997 to May 2000, Mr. Felt served as the Managing Director, Head of Financial Institutions Group Asia, Investment Banking of Deutsche Bank. Mr. Felt was also appointed Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Asia for Deutsche Bank. From February 1996 to January 1997, Mr. Felt served as the Director, Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc, where he was President Director of PT Morgan Stanley Indonesia. From December 1995 to June 1996, Mr. Felt served as the Executive Director, Structured Equity Group, Equity Division based in Hong Kong, where he was in charge of equity derivative solutions in Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand. In June 1985, Mr. Felt received his Master of International Business Studies at the University of South Carolina. In April 1981, Mr. Felt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at Brigham Young University. We believe Mr. Felt is well-qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors due to his experience in investment banking and his contacts and relationships.

Ivan Chan, C.P.A., C.F.A. has served as our Chief Financial Officer and secretary since inception. Mr. Chan has been serving as the Director of Tan & Lam C.P.A. Limited since January 2009. In 2018, Mr. Chan founded JS Capital Limited and from December 2018 to February 2020, Mr. Chan served as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking of JS Capital. From March 2012 to December 2018, Mr. Chan served as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking, of ChangJiang Corporate Finance (HK) Limited. During the same period, Mr. Chan served as the Member of Executive Committee of ChangJiang Securities International Financial Group Limited. From November 2009 to February 2012, Mr. Chan served as the Executive Director and Head of Execution, Investment Banking and Principal Investments of Samsung Securities (Asia) Limited. From May 2007 to November 2009, Mr. Chan served as the Director of Corporate Finance of Access Capital Limited. Mr. Chan is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. In 2000, Mr. Chan received his Master of Arts degree in Quantitative Analysis for Business at City University of Hong Kong. In 1997, Mr. Chan received his Master of Science degree in Finance at City University of Hong Kong. In 1989, Mr. Chan received his Professional Diploma in Accountancy at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

T.K. Lee founded Math Monkey Asia and has been serving as the Principal Consultant since December 2007, where he completed master license agreement for Singapore and Malaysia in 2007, and acquired the trademark and intellectual property rights for Asia in 2008. Mr. Lee supported, trained and recruited franchises in Brunei, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. Lee has been serving as the Consultant of Trading Academy since November 2006, where he completed franchise agreement in 2007, handled resale franchise, supported franchise operation, and supported and tested new strategies and ideas for sales and marketing. Mr. Lee has been serving as the Consultant for Contours Express, a women’s weight loss and fitness center since September 2005, where he completed master franchise agreement for Singapore and Malaysia, and localized American franchise model for local market. In January 2005, Mr. Lee founded Asia Franchise Networks and has been serving as the Principal Consultant since then, where he set up a franchise consultancy business to bring brands from USA, and helped Asian investors to acquire numerous US franchise rights in food and beverages, adult and children education, senior care, women’s weight loss and fitness. In 1990, Mr. Lee received his Bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration with honors at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We believe Mr. Lee is well-qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors due to his extensive experience in establishing and growing businesses, and his contacts and relationships.

Steven Ardra has been serving as the Managing Director of World Index Investment since December 2018, where he provides technical direction and leadership, project strategy and execution management. He also analyzes and evaluates daily markets moves, monitors and approves of trading executions and trading strategies in Futures, Forex or Contract for Differences (CFD). From January 2015 to December 2018, Mr. Ardra served as the Director of World Index Investment, where he researched, analyzed, explored different options and solutions continuously that meet the company’s business requirements. He also maintained best practice and standards throughout the e-trading platform by monitoring the company and the industry trends in e-trading platform infrastructures. From January 2014 to January 2015, Mr. Ardra served as the VP of Technology of Optimus Global Futures, where he oversaw the department in planning, facilitating and maintaining the tech-related resources and projects. He also educated clients on the Trading Platform and Products, and provided help to clients with their brokerage accounts. From January 2013 to January 2014, Mr. Ardra served as the Senior Manager of Trading Academy, where he collaborated with IT partners and business in projects development and implementation. He also provided technical solutions on improving platform, resources and IT escalation. In 2012, Mr. Ardra received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Oxford Brookes University in Singapore. In 2011, Mr. Ardra received his International Advanced Diploma in Computing at Informatics Academy in Singapore. We believe Mr. Ardra is well-qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors due to his experience in financial technology and corporate finance, and his contacts and relationships.

Novy Jeremiah has been serving as the Director of Kreo Capital Management Pte Ltd based in Singapore since January 2018, where he focused teams on developing innovative and cutting-edge approaches at all levels with effective resource allocation and strategic planning, and created corporate mission and vision statements for use by all employees. Mr. Jeremiah has been serving as the Business Development Associate Director of Goodrich Capital Pty Ltd based in Perth, Australia since January 2017, where he identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom line profit. Mr. Jeremiah also investigated market changes and devised approaches to take advantage of emerging opportunities, and consulted with potential investors to assess objectives and discuss optimal strategies. From January 2012 to December 2017, Mr. Jeremiah served as the Fund Manager and Training Associate Director of WII Futures based in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he managed investment funds to maximize return on client investments, developed or implemented fund investment policies or strategies, and maintained close watch on financial and operational performance of different funds and made proactive adjustments to keep portfolios in conformance with plans. From January 2010 to December 2011, Mr. Jeremiah served as the Business Development Manager of Generali Insurance based in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he established relationships with key decision-makers within customer’s organization to promote growth and retention, and capitalized on industry and marketplace trends to strategize marketing solutions and enhance business operations. From January 2004 to December 2008, Mr. Jeremiah served as the Business Development Manager of AIA Insurance based in Jakarta, Indonesia, where he identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom line profit. In 1998, Mr. Jeremiah received his Bachelor degree in Computer Technology at Curtin University of Technology. We believe Mr. Jeremiah is well-qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors due to his experience in identifying and implementing technology for companies and in strategically growing businesses, and his contacts and relationships.
