- FPA Energy Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company (the “Company”) formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses (the “initial business combination”). While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any business, industry or geographical location, we intend to focus our efforts on identifying empty or under-performing office properties located in major metropolitan areas that can be transformed into mixed use developments that include apartments, offices and retail establishments, including restaurants, where one can live, work and play, incorporating efficient green technology. We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target.
