Craig Kelleher, Co-Chief Executive Officer
Craig Kelleher has been our Co-Chief Executive Officer since December 2020. Mr. Kelleher co-founded Millstreet Capital in 2010. In September 2007, Mr. Kelleher co-founded Prelude Asset Management LLC, a spinoff of Partners HealthCare System, Inc. (Harvard University affiliated research and teaching hospitals), which was established to manage long only and long/short assets on behalf of institutional clients. Prelude, with approximately $1.3 billion of assets under management, was sold to Congress Asset Management in early 2010, at which time Mr. Kelleher spun off the remaining Prelude infrastructure into what is now Millstreet Capital. Prior to Prelude, Mr. Kelleher worked at Regiment Capital Advisors, a Harvard Management Company spinoff, from September 2000 to September 2007, where he was responsible for the identification, selection, and monitoring of portfolio positions including longs and shorts, credit hedge trades, credit default swaps, collateralized loan obligations, and direct lending strategies within the various Regiment funds. Prior to joining Regiment Capital, Mr. Kelleher worked at Morgan Stanley in the leveraged finance area. Currently, Mr. Kelleher serves on the Board of Directors of US Shale Solutions, Inc., ETX Energy, LLC (f/k/a New Gulf Resources, LLC), Knight Energy Services (f/k/a Irongate Energy Services) and Chaparral Energy. Mr. Kelleher graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago with a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and a specialization in Economics while also completing extensive coursework in micro and macro-economic theory at the University. Mr. Kelleher has been a CFA Charterholder since 2006.
Brian Connolly, Co-Chief Executive Officer
Brian Connolly has been our Co-Chief Executive Officer since December 2020. Mr. Connolly co-founded Millstreet Capital Management in 2010. Prior to co-founding Millstreet Capital Management, from 2005 to 2008, Mr. Connolly worked at Regiment Capital Advisors where he managed sector portfolios within the various Regiment Funds that included core long and short positions, credit hedge trades, credit default swaps, collateralized loan obligations, and direct lending strategies. He also represented Regiment on several steering committees where he played an active role in distressed investments. Prior to joining Regiment Capital, from 2000 to 2005, Mr. Connolly worked as a high yield Research Analyst at Fidelity Investments, a firm he joined upon graduation from business school. At Fidelity Investments, Mr. Connolly was part of the high yield group during the launches of Fidelity’s bank loan and leveraged company stock funds. Prior to business school, Mr. Connolly worked in the healthcare group for investment bank Alex. Brown & Sons and at the private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners. Currently, Mr. Connolly serves on the Board of Directors of Aware, Inc. (NASDAQ Ticker AWRE), Fuse Holding, LLC and Chaparral Energy. Mr. Connolly graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in American History in 1992 and received a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2000.
Christina Rosello, Chief Financial Officer
Christina Rosello has been our Chief Financial Officer since December 2020. Ms. Rosello joined Millstreet Capital as Chief Financial Officer in February 2020. Prior to joining Millstreet, Ms. Rosello was the Tax Director at Highfields Capital Management where she managed the tax planning process and tax compliance for all funds under management. Prior to Highfields, Ms. Rosello worked at Deloitte Tax LLP as a tax manager in the investment management practice, responsible for managing global client engagement teams. Ms. Rosello graduated summa cum laude from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting. She also holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2011 and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
Craig Carlozzi, Director
Craig Carlozzi, our Director as of the date of this prospectus, serves as the director of credit opportunities as well as the portfolio manager for Longfellow Investment Management’s (“LIM”) and co-portfolio manager for LIM’s Multi-Strat Strategy. Prior to joining Longfellow Investment Management in April 2019, Mr. Carlozzi founded BulwarkBay Investment Group, LLC, a firm managing a credit opportunities strategy which invested primarily in non-investment grade and distressed bonds, loans, and credit-related assets in both long and short positions. BulwarkBay was ultimately acquired by LIM in April 2019. From June 2003 to October 2010, Mr. Carlozzi also held positions as managing director and partner at MAST Capital Management, LLC, and, from June 2000 to May 2003, analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Corporate Investment Bank. Mr. Carlozzi has served on the board of directors of US Shale Solutions, LLC since January 2016. He received his B.S. in Finance, with honors, from Miami University and is a CFA charterholder.
Stephen Wertheimer, Director
Stephen Wertheimer, our Director as of the date of this prospectus, is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of W Capital Partners. Mr. Wertheimer has been a Managing Director and Founding Partner of W Capital Partners since May 2001. He has over 35 years of experience in investment banking and principal investments. Prior to founding W Capital Partners, Mr. Wertheimer served as Managing Director of CRT Capital Group, LLC from 1997 to 2001. He was a Founder and Managing Member of Water Capital Management from 1991 to 1997. From 1988 to 1991, he served as a Managing Director and the Group Head of Investment Banking-Asia of PaineWebber Incorporated. Prior to 1988, Mr. Wertheimer was a Managing Director at First Chicago Corporation, where he specialized in tax-structured domestic and international principal investments and previously had been a Vice President with Bank of America’s tax financing group making equity investments for the parent corporation. Mr. Wertheimer has extensive board experience having served on the boards of many companies, both public and private. Mr. Wertheimer is a member of the Hubbard Council of the National Geographic Society. He is also a member of the board of directors of The Legacy Companies. Mr. Wertheimer also serves as a board observer at lnspirato, LLC since 2017.
William Wall III, Director
William Wall III, our Director as of the date of this prospectus, is a Managing and Founding Partner of Trailhead Capital. Mr. Wall has been a Managing Founding Partner of Trailhead Capital since 2020. He has over 25 years of experience in investment management and impact investments. Mr. Wall was a Vice President of Alliance Bernstein from 2010-2016 and continues to consult of the ESG and Alternative platforms. Prior to founding Trailhead Capital, Mr. Wall also served as Managing Partner of Praxis Investment Company, LLC from 1995 to 2019. Mr. Wall currently serves on multiple boards, and is the Chairman of Predictive Safety Inc. He is a Founder and Executive committee member of The Flock, a J.E.D.I focused non-profit organization. Additionally Mr. Wall Serves as President and Chairman of the Colorado Wildlife Foundation and the Western States Water conservation authorities in his philanthropic time. Mr. Wall Graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and philosophy. Mr. Wall’s graduate work was in Philosophy (Axiology).
