Drugs Made In America Acquisition Corp. is a blank check company newly incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses. We have not selected any business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target with respect to an initial business combination with us. Our efforts to identify a prospective target business will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region although we intend to focus our search for business combination targets in the pharmaceutical industry.
